1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AllPro Roofing Ltd website and our roofing services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read these terms carefully before requesting a quote, booking our services, or using our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

3. Free Quotes and Surveys
Any quote provided by AllPro Roofing Ltd is free of charge and does not create any obligation on your part to proceed with our services.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing. After this period, a new quote may be required.
A free roof survey is an inspection of your roof from accessible areas. The survey is visual only and may not identify all potential issues without opening up the roof structure.
Any quote provided is based on the information available at the time of inspection. If hidden issues are discovered during work, we will inform you and provide a revised quote before proceeding.
4. Acceptance of Quote and Formation of Contract
A contract between you and AllPro Roofing Ltd is formed only when you accept a written quote in writing, by email, or by text message, and we confirm the start date for the work.
No contract exists until we have confirmed our acceptance of your order. Verbal agreements are not binding until confirmed in writing.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices include labour and materials as specified in the quote.
Payment terms will be stated on your quote and invoice. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion of the project.
For larger projects, staged payments may be agreed in writing before work commences.
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at the rate permitted by law.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of accepting our quote, provided no work has commenced. Cancellation must be made in writing by email or letter.
If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for any materials purchased and work completed up to the point of cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to rearrange at no additional cost.
7. Guarantees
All repair work carried out by AllPro Roofing Ltd is covered by a five year workmanship guarantee from the date of completion.
This guarantee covers defects arising from faulty installation or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by weather events, storms, falling trees, impact damage, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
The guarantee is valid only for the original property owner and is not transferable to new owners unless agreed in writing.
To make a guarantee claim, you must notify us in writing as soon as you become aware of the issue. We will inspect the work and, if the claim is valid, carry out the necessary repairs at no cost to you.
Manufacturer guarantees on materials such as tiles, slate, or roof windows are provided separately and are subject to the manufacturer terms.
8. Access to Property
You must provide safe and unobstructed access to your property for the purpose of surveys, inspections, and roofing work.
You are responsible for securing any pets, children, or hazards that may affect our team while working on your property.
If access is denied or delayed beyond our control, we may need to reschedule the work, and additional charges may apply.
9. Weather Delays and Rescheduling
Roofing work is dependent on weather conditions. We will not work in unsafe conditions including heavy rain, snow, ice, or high winds.
If weather prevents us from completing work as scheduled, we will reschedule at the earliest available date without penalty to you. Delays caused by weather do not entitle you to cancel the contract without charge.
10. Materials and Ownership
All materials supplied by AllPro Roofing Ltd remain our property until full payment has been received. Once paid in full, ownership transfers to you.
We take reasonable care to match existing tiles and materials, but exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed due to natural weathering and material variations.
If specific materials are requested by you, we will source them where possible. Any additional costs for premium or hard to source materials will be included in your quote.
11. Site Cleanup and Waste Removal
We take pride in leaving your property clean and safe after completing our work. We will remove all roofing waste, packaging, and debris generated during the project.
Waste disposal is included in our quoted prices. We comply with all environmental regulations regarding the disposal of roofing materials.
You are responsible for removing any personal belongings or valuable items from the work area before we begin.
12. Health and Safety
Our team carries appropriate insurance and follows all health and safety regulations applicable to roofing work in the United Kingdom.
You must inform us of any known hazards on your property such as asbestos, fragile surfaces, overhead power lines, or underground services before work begins.
We reserve the right to stop work immediately if we discover unsafe conditions that were not disclosed to us prior to starting.
13. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses including loss of income, property damage unrelated to our work, or inconvenience caused by delays beyond our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Insurance
AllPro Roofing Ltd holds public liability insurance. Copies of our insurance certificates are available upon request.
You are responsible for maintaining your own home insurance policy. Some insurance providers require notification before roofing work commences. We recommend checking with your insurer.
15. Complaints Procedure
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days and aim to provide a full response within 14 days. If a resolution requires site inspection, we will arrange a visit at your earliest convenience.
If you remain unsatisfied after our final response, you may refer the complaint to relevant trade associations or legal authorities.
16. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse our website by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with its normal operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by temporary unavailability of our website.
